联邦信息处理标准（英语：Federal Information Processing Standards，缩写FIPS）是美国联邦政府制定给所有军事机构除外的政府机构及政府的承包商所使用的公开标准。许多FIPS标准都是从广泛的社会标准修改而来的（像ANSI，IEEE，ISO等等）。

有些FIPS标准是美国政府自行制定的，例如编码数据的标准（像国家代码），但是更多的标准其实是用来做为加密使用，例如数据加密标准（FIPS 46）和先进加密标准。
