Amine Fluoride
Amine Fluoride represents a special category of fluoride compounds called Organic fluorides. Some of these fluoride-containing substances are ingredients of toothpastes and solutions for the prevention of dental caries. The most widely used amine fluoride is Olaflur (N'-octadecyltrimethylendiamine-N,N,N'- tris(2-ethanol)-dihydrofluoride), which is used as a fluoride source in the preparation of toothpastes and solutions for the prevention of dental caries. It is an active ingredient in Elmex products and Amflor products.
