新加坡和马来西亚的小贩中心（又称熟食中心，英文：hawker centre）是由政府兴建的室外开放式饮食集中地，售卖食品物美价廉、种类繁多，以东南亚熟食以及饮品为主。

一般小贩中心建于组屋（公营房屋）或交通交汇处附近，尤其受到中下层民众欢迎，性质和香港的大牌档、冬菇亭相近。

小贩中心运作模式于1950年代至1960年代开始兴起，当初是政府为对付街头无牌熟食小贩而兴建的。当时的小贩中心因为卫生情况恶劣而知名，但后来政府开始加强管制，熟食小贩需要符合一定卫生条件方能领牌营业。1990年代后期，新加坡政府开始改建小贩中心改善环境，并将英文名称由hawker centre改为food centre。

A hawker centre or cooked food centre (Chinese:小贩中心; pinyin:xiǎofàn zhōngxīn or Chinese:熟食中心; pinyin:shúshí zhōngxīn) is an open-air complex in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the Riau Islands, housing many stalls that sell a variety of inexpensive food. They are typically found in city centres, near public housing estates or transport hubs (such as bus interchange ct or train stations).
