安波斯塔（加泰罗尼亚语：Amposta），是西班牙加泰罗尼亚塔拉戈纳省的一个市镇。总面积138平方公里，总人口16865人（2001年），人口密度122人/平方公里。

Amposta is the capital of the comarca of Montsià, in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain, one hundred km south of Barcelona on the Mediterranean Coast. It is located at 8 metres above sea level, by the Ebre river, not far from its end. Its population was 18,841 in 2005.
