服务贸易总协定
服务贸易总协定（GATS）是世界贸易组织（世贸组织）的条约，是乌拉圭回合谈判的成果，在1995年1月生效。早年签订的关税与贸易总协定为商品贸易提供多边贸易体制，而GATS则将多边贸易体制扩展至服务行业。
所有世贸组织成员都签署服务贸易总协定。世贸组织基本原则之一的最惠国待遇也适用于服务贸易总协定。然而，成员在加入世贸时，可就这一规则提出临时豁免。
