格雷杯（英文：The Grey Cup、法文：La Coupe Grey）是加拿大加式橄榄球联盟的冠军赛，也是该项赛事的冠军奖杯。

格雷杯本来并不是为了足球（橄榄球）而准备的奖杯，而是为业余高级冰球赛准备的。

阿尔伯特-格雷，第四任格雷伯爵，在1909年时是加拿大的总督。他设立这个奖杯的目的是作为业余高级冰球冠军赛的奖杯。（职业与半职业的球队早在1907年就开始争夺斯坦利杯了。）但是蒙塔古-阿伦爵士先于老格雷做出决定，把自己的奖杯贡献给了业余高级冰球冠军赛。所以格雷伯爵决定把格雷杯给加拿大式橄榄球的全国冠军。当时的加拿大式橄榄球类似于我们现在称为英式橄榄球的运动，因为前进传球在当时的球场上还是不合法的。于是，格雷杯成为加拿大业余橄榄球冠军的奖杯。在20世纪初，当时的社会“精英”对职业运动很是头疼。他们认为金钱玷污了竞技的纯洁，违反了体育精神。这也是为什幺奥林匹克在很长时间内都不允许职业运动员参加。

The Grey Cup is the name of both the championship game of the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the trophy awarded to the victorious team playing Canadian football. It is contested between the winners of the CFL's East and West Divisional playoffs and is one of Canadian television's largest annual sporting events. The Toronto Argonauts have 16 championships, more than any other team. The latest, the 103rd Grey Cup, took place in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on November 29, 2015, when the Edmonton Eskimos defeated the Ottawa Redblacks 26–20.
