GSM协会（Groupe Speciale Mobile Association，GSMA）于1995年成立是一个为了GSM移动电话系统的共通标准、建置以及推动，由移动通信业者以及相关公司所赞助成立的协会。

GSMA可追溯到1982年召开的的EU GSM，而到1995年才透过GSM MoU协会正式成立。

GSMA举办了全球行动商务最大的年度盛事－－世界移动大会，以及GSMA世界移动大会-上海、GSMA NFC与行动商务高峰会、GSMA-mHA健康行动高峰会。

GSMA由220多国，近800家的行动业者组成，其也让200多家业者构建了行动生态体系，包含手持式制造商、软件公司、设备提供商、互联网业者、媒体与娱乐业者等。

The GSM Association was formed in 1995 on the foundation of the Grupe Spécial Mobile, a referendum signed on September 7, 1987. The association organizes the largest annual event in the mobile industry, the GSMA Mobile World Congress, in addition to some smaller events, such as the GSMA Mobile World Congress Shanghai and the GSMA Mobile 360 Series.
