圭洛（英语：Gwelo或Gweru）是津巴布韦中部的一座城市，中部省首府，位于19°25′S 29°50′E / 19.417°S 29.833°E，人口约137,000（2002年），是该国第三大城市。圭洛于1894年由利安德·斯塔尔·詹姆森创建。

Gweru (called Gwelo until 1982) is a city near the centre of Zimbabwe. It has a population of about 146,073 (2009), making it the fifth largest city in the nation. It became a municipality in 1914 and achieved city status in 1971. The name changed from Gwelo to Gweru in 1982.
