羟嗪（qiǎngqín，英语：Hydroxyzine，也叫做安泰乐）是属于二苯甲烷和哌嗪类的第一代抗组胺药。由于其可以与某些大脑中的受体结合，它被用作强力的抗焦虑药与轻度的抗强迫症药，用来治疗精神上的焦虑与紧张。由于其有抗组胺的效果，也可治疗严重的瘙痒，痛觉过敏和晕车引起的恶心，甚至作为缓解阿片戒断反应的药物。
