非洲树蛙科（学名：Hyperoliidae）也称苇蛙科、芦苇蛙科，是两栖纲无尾目的一科，主要分布于撒哈拉以南的非洲大陆以及马达加斯加岛、塞舌尔群岛等地。非洲树蛙是一类小型或中型的蛙类，多树栖，不少种类喜欢生活于沼泽地区，攀附在芦苇等植物上。现存19属200多种。

The Hyperoliidae, sedge and bush frogs, are a large family of small to medium-sized, brightly colored frogs which contains more than 250 species in 19 genera. Seventeen genera are native to sub-Saharan Africa. In addition, the monotypic genus Tachycnemis occurs on the Seychelles Islands, and the genus Heterixalus (currently 10 species) is endemic to Madagascar.
