卡马河（俄语：Кама 鞑靼语：Чолман）是俄罗斯境内的河流，也是伏尔加河最长的左支流，发源自乌德穆尔特共和国。

卡马河源出上卡马高地，中游流经乌拉尔山，曲折向西南注入窝瓦河中游的古比雪夫水库。全长1,805公里。流域面积达50.7万平方公里。卡马河以北气候寒冷，以南气候较温和，冬季少雪。

1961年卡马河上游建成了茯特金斯克水电站，1979年又建有下卡马水电站。

The Kama (Russian:река́ Ка́ма, IPA: [ˈkamə]; Tatar: CyrillicЧулман, LatinÇulman; Udmurt:Кам) is a major river in Russia, the longest left tributary of the Volga and the largest one in discharge; it is larger than the Volga before junction.

It starts in the Udmurt Republic, near Kuliga, flowing northwest for 200 kilometres (120 mi), turning northeast near Loyno for another 200 kilometres, then turning south and west in Perm Krai, flowing again through the Udmurt Republic and then through the Republic of Tatarstan, where it meets the Volga.
