基隆拿市（City of Kelowna）是加拿大英属哥伦比亚省东部的一个城市。基隆拿坐落奥肯拿根湖东岸，是中奥肯拿根地区的行政中心。该市离温哥华以东约400公里远，也离美加边境约150公里远。基隆拿市面积为214km，据2006年人口普查所示市内人口有106,707人，而都会区人口则有162,276人，位列全国第22大、省内继温哥华和维多利亚后第3大、以及卑诗省内陆地区最大都会区。

过去主要操台山话的加拿大华人社区亦曾将本市称为企连打。

根据《2012年加国UFO发现》报告，基隆拿是全加拿大第五多发现UFO报告的城市。

Kelowna (/kɛloʊnə/) is a city on Okanagan Lake in the Okanagan Valley, in the southern interior of British Columbia, Canada. It serves as the head office of the Regional District of Central Okanagan. Its name derives from an Okanagan language term for "grizzly bear". Kelowna is the third largest metropolitan area in the province and ranks as the 22nd largest in Canada, with a population of 179,839 in 2011 making it the largest inland city in BC. Nearby communities include the district municipality of West Kelowna (also referred to as Westbank, Westside) to the west across Okanagan Lake, Lake Country and Vernon to the north, as well as Peachland to the southwest and, further to the south, Summerland and Penticton.
