旱芹（学名：Apium graveolens），又称西洋芹、西芹、芹菜、富菜、药芹，是伞形科芹属的植物，分布在欧洲、美洲、亚洲、非洲等地。在中国烹饪中是一种常见的蔬菜，在意大利菜中也常用作爆香料。芹菜可食用部分主要为叶柄；叶虽然也可以食用，但因略带苦味，少有人吃。其一种类 A. graveolens var. rapaceum 于西方国家栽种，根可食用Celeriac。 现今普见为改良变种 A. graveolens var. dulce 叶、茎、根、果实全可食用。种子可取油及制香辛料。
