凯尔采（波兰语：Kielce）是波兰圣十字省省会，位于波兰东南部圣十字山脉Silnicą河畔，区域经济、旅游和贸易会展中心。根据2010年12月31日统计数据，有人口203804人。辖区内有5个自然保护区。凯尔采位于华沙和克拉科夫之间的交通中继点。是重要的交通都市。

Kielce ([ˈkʲɛlt͡sɛ] KYELL-tsay; Yiddish:קעלץ‎, Keltz) is a city in south central Poland with 199,475 inhabitants (June 2014). It is also the capital city of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship (Holy Cross Voivodeship) since 1999, previously in Kielce Voivodeship (1919–1939, 1945–1998). The city is located in the middle of the Świętokrzyskie Mountains (Holy Cross Mountains), at the banks of Silnica river, in northern part of the historical Polish province of Lesser Poland. Kielce was once an important centre of limestone mining.
