科韦利（Ковель，波兰语：Kowel）是乌克兰沃伦州的城市，位于乌克兰西北部，是科韦利区的行政中心。2009年，人口估计约有65,777人。在历史上曾属于波兰。战后这里的许多波兰人被强制迁移。二战期间这里发生过激烈战斗。科韦利是乌克兰西北部的铁路交通枢纽。有铁路通往布列斯特、卢夫诺、华沙、卢布林。

Serving as the administrative center of Kovel Raion (district), the town itself is designated as a town of oblast significance and is not part of the raion. Population: 69,342(2015 est.)
