象大蒜（学名：Allium ampeloprasum、英语：Wild Leek），别名巨葱、巨葱蒜，原分布于西亚与南欧，并由史前人类引进英国，其栖地包括英格兰、威尔斯西南部的岩岸。在美国维吉尼亚州，象大蒜有「约克镇洋葱（Yorktown Onion）」的别名。

象大蒜肉质粗硬且无办，叶扁平呈剑鞘形自基部抱茎而生。在形态上接近另一个物种"薤"，但外观要大上许多。味道吃起来比较像蒜苗，而比较少葱的味道，尝起来味道比较温和，适合一些害怕刺激性食物的人。

象大蒜（Allium ampeloprasum）下可分三个亚种：
