拉霍尔姆市（瑞典文：Laholms kommun）是瑞典西南部哈兰省的一个自治市。其治所位于拉霍尔姆。

Laholm is a locality and the seat of Laholm Municipality, Halland County, Sweden, with 6,150 inhabitants in 2010.

Laholm is, despite its small population, for historical reasons often still referred to as a city. Statistics Sweden, however, only counts localities with more than 10,000 inhabitants as cities.
