Safari是苹果公司所开发，并内置于OS X的网页浏览器。Safari在2003年1月7日首度发行测试版，并从Mac OS X v10.3开始成为OS X的缺省浏览器，也是iOS内置的缺省浏览器。Windows版本的首个测试版在2007年6月11日推出，支持Windows XP、Windows Vista和Windows 7，并在2008年3月18日推出正式版，但苹果已于2012年7月27日停止开发Windows版的Safari。
Safari发行后的市占率不断攀升。2008年2月，TheCounter.com报告指Safari的市占率为3.34%，而Net Applications则指其市占率为2.63%。其后市占率再从2009年1月的3.62%爬升至2011年4月的7.1%。在移动设备平台，Net Applications表示Safari占有率为62.17%。

Safari is a web browser developed by Apple based on the WebKit engine. First released in 2003 with Mac OS X Panther, a mobile version has been included in iOS devices since the introduction of the iPhone in 2007. It is the default browser on Apple devices. A Windows version, now discontinued, was available from 2007 to 2012.
