Turkey and Japan have signed a deal to build a large nuclear power plant on the Turkish Black Sea coast.

UN nuclear chief Rafael Grossi said Tuesday the largest nuclear power plant in Europe faces " a relatively dangerous situation" after a dam burst in Ukraine and as Kyiv launches a counteroffensive to retake ground occupied by Russia.
