小红鹳（学名：Phoenicopterus minor），又名小火烈鸟，是一种栖息在非洲及南亚的火烈鸟。

小红鹳是最细小的火烈鸟，也是为数最多的，估计有达200万只。牠们一般重2公斤，长90厘米，高1米，翼展1米。

小红鹳的羽毛大部份是粉红白色。牠们与大红鹳最明显的分别是喙上有较多的黑色。单靠体型大小很难分辨，除非两者同在一处。

小红鹳主要吃螺旋藻，其中含有光合色素（主要是类胡萝卜素），令小红鹳呈粉红色。牠们的喙很深，很适合滤食这类食物。牠们也会吃虾。

小红鹳被多种动物掠食，包括秃鹳、狒狒、吼海雕及野猫等。

The lesser flamingo (Phoeniconaias minor) is a species of flamingo occurring in sub-Saharan Africa with another population in India. Birds are occasionally reported from further north, but these are generally considered vagrants. Until 2014, it was classified in genus Phoenicopterus but is now classified the only species in the genus Phoeniconaias, the only monotypic genus of flamingo.
