林肯郡（英语：Lincolnshire，英文简称：Lincs），英国英格兰东米德兰兹（包含的2个单一管理区属于约克郡-亨伯）的郡。以人口计算，林肯是第1大（亦是唯一一个）城市（亦是郡治），北林肯郡是第1大自治市镇（Borough），东北林肯郡是第2大自治市镇；格里姆斯比是第1大镇（Town），斯肯索普是第2大镇。

林肯郡是34个非都市郡之一，实际管辖7个非都市区，占地5,921平方公里（第4），有686,300人口（第15；如看待成48个名誉郡之一，它名义上包含多2个单一管理区─北林肯郡、东北林肯郡，占地增至6,959平方公里（第2），人口增至1,004,200（第18）。

Lincolnshire (/ˈlɪŋkənʃər/ or /ˈlɪŋkənʃɪər/; abbreviated Lincs) is a historical county in the east of England. It borders Norfolk to the south east, Cambridgeshire to the south, Rutland to the south west, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire to the west, South Yorkshire to the northwest, and the East Riding of Yorkshire to the north. It also borders Northamptonshire in the south for just 20 yards (18 m), England's shortest county boundary. The county town is Lincoln, where the county council has its headquarters.
