马卡罗尼西亚（Macaronesia）指的是欧洲及北非附近大西洋中的数个群岛。这些群岛分属西班牙、葡萄牙和佛德角等三个国家。马卡罗尼西亚这一名称来自于希腊语μακάρων νῆσοι (makárōn nêsoi)，意思是「幸福之岛」，古希腊的地理学家曾用这一词语指代直布罗陀海峡以西的群岛。

Macaronesia is a collection of four archipelagos in the North Atlantic Ocean off the coast of the continents of Europe and Africa. Excluding the Azores, which is considered mainly as part of Europe, the other islands of Macaronesia are closer to Africa. Macaronesian islands belong to three countries: Portugal, Spain, and Cape Verde.
