马加斯 （Мага́с，俄语拉丁字母拼写：Magas，英语：Magas）是俄罗斯印古什共和国首府。1995年建市，2002年首府自纳兹兰迁入。人口300人 （2005年，2002年人口为275人）。是俄罗斯人口最少的城市。

Magas (Russian:Мага́с) is the capital town of the Republic of Ingushetia, Russia. It was founded in 1995 and replaced Nazran as the capital of the republic in 2002. In terms of population, Magas is the smallest capital of a federal subject in Russia: 5,841 (2015); 2,502(2010 Census); 275(2002 Census).
