泊（poise，按法语发音为/pwaz/，缩写 P）是黏度单位。常用百分之一的量度，即厘泊（cP）， 1 P = 1 g·s·cm。按照国际单位制，黏度单位为 Pa·s = kg·m·s，因此，1 Pa·s = 10 P = 1000 cP。

泊的命名来源于法国物理学家让·路易·马利·普瓦泽伊（Jean Louis Marie Poiseuille）。

The poise is often used with the metric prefix centi- because the viscosity of water at 20C is almost exactly 1 centipoise. A centipoise is one one-hundredth of a poise, and one millipascal-second (mPa·s) in SI units. (1 cP = 10 P = 10 Pa·s = 1 mPa·s)
