干酪白汁
干酪白汁（英语：Mornay sauce），亦音译作莫尔奈酱，是一种由白汁加入切碎或磨碎的干酪煮成的西酱。干酪白汁用的干酪，通常是由一半的格吕耶尔芝士和一半的帕马森干酪，但亦可用其他不同变化组合的格吕耶尔芝士、埃文达芝士或白色切达干酪。
干酪白汁常用来煮海鲜或蔬菜，也是正宗热布朗三明治的主要原料。
