莫沙必利（英语：Mosapride）是一种消化道促动力药，选择性激动5-HT₄受体，其主要代谢产物M1还具有5HT₃受体的竞争性拮抗作用。莫沙必利可以加速胃排空，促进全消化道的蠕动，用来治疗胃炎、胃食管反流病、功能性消化不良和过敏性肠综合征。枸缘酸盐形式的莫沙必利，由大日本住友制药在1998年以加斯清为商品名上市销售。

Mosapride is a gastroprokinetic agent that acts as a selective 5HT₄ agonist. The major active metabolite of mosapride, known as M1, additionally acts as a 5HT₃ antagonist. which accelerates gastric emptying throughout the whole of the gastrointestinal tract in humans, and is used for the treatment of gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome. It is recommended to be taken on an empty stomach (i.e. at least one hour before food or two hours after food).
