线鳢，俗称泰国鳢，为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鳢亚目鳢科的其中一种，其生命力极强，为强势物种。

泰国鳢体型巨大，但较同类小盾鳢（Channa micropeltes）（俗称鱼虎）稍小，人们也常常将这两种鱼搞混。

The snakehead murrel (Channa striata), is a species of snakehead fish. It is also known as the common snakehead, chevron snakehead, and striped snakehead. It is native to South and Southeast Asia, and has been introduced to some Pacific Islands (reports from Madagascar and Hawaii are misidentifications of C. maculata).
