新东方学校（NYSE：EDU），简称新东方，全名新东方教育科技（集团）公司，总部位于北京市海淀区中关村，在美国纽约证券交易所上市，是中国大陆目前规模最大的民办培训学校。

北京新东方学校成立于1993年11月16日，创始人俞敏洪。最早专营大学生出国英语考试（托福、GRE等）培训。目前在全国各地有50多所新东方学校，业务已扩展到国内英语考试培训、pop少儿教育（数学、英语、语文、美术……）、其他外语培训、中学全科培训（语文、数学、英语、理科综合、文科综合），以及出国咨询和在北美的服务。

2006年9月7日，新东方教育科技集团登陆纽约证券交易所，发行价为每股15美元。
