巴勒莫石碑（Palermo Stone）是《古埃及古王国王家编年史》石碑的一块大碎片，提供了古埃及前王朝至第五王朝时代国王及其重大活动时间的记录。

该碑现时被意大利巴勒莫的萨利纳斯地区考古博物馆收藏，「巴勒莫石碑」之名由此得来。王家编年史石碑另有碎片被开罗及伦敦的博物馆收藏，不在巴勒莫。

原来的王家编年史石碑是刻在黑玄武岩上，在大约前25世纪的第五王朝末期被刻成。

The Palermo Stone is one of seven surviving fragments of a stele known as the Royal Annals of the Old Kingdom of Ancient Egypt. The stele contained a list of the kings of Egypt from the First Dynasty through to the early part of the Fifth Dynasty and noted significant events in each year of their reigns. It was probably made during the Fifth Dynasty (approx 2392–2283 BCE). The Palermo Stone is held in the Antonio Salinas Regional Archaeological Museum in the city of Palermo, Italy, from which it derives its name.
