盘古大陆（英语：Pangaea 或 Pangea），又称“超大陆”、“泛大陆”，原文为希腊语 Παγγαία，是 πᾶν（全部）和 γαῖα（陆地）的合字，即「全陆地」。盘古大陆是指在古生代至中生代期间形成的那一大片陆地。而这个名字是由提出大陆漂移学说的德国地质学家阿尔弗雷德·魏格纳所提出的。

现今地球有七块大陆，更早的六亿五千万年前，相当于地质时代的震旦纪时，曾形成一次超大陆，这个大陆在一亿年后开始分裂，在泥盆纪时，由于大陆间彼此的碰撞，约在二亿四千五百万年前地球上的陆地又相连在一起，此时相当于地质时代的三叠纪，科学家将之称为盘古大陆。

Pangaea or Pangea (pronunciation: /pænˈdʒiːə/) was a supercontinent that existed during the late Paleozoic and early Mesozoic eras. It assembled from earlier continental units approximately 300 million years ago, and it began to break apart about 175 million years ago. In contrast to the present Earth and its distribution of continental mass, much of Pangaea was in the southern hemisphere and surrounded by a super ocean, Panthalassa. Pangaea was the last supercontinent to have existed and the first to be reconstructed by geologists.
