皮特·乌斯蒂诺夫爵士，CBE（Sir Peter Alexander Ustinov，原名是Peter Alexander von Ustinow，1921年4月16日－2004年3月28日），英国电影演员，小说家。曾因出演《风云群英会》和《托普卡匹》，而两次荣获奥斯卡最佳男配角奖。于1990年被英国女王伊丽莎白二世授予爵士称号。

Sir Peter Alexander Ustinov, CBE FRSA (/ˈjuːstɪnɒf/ or /ˈuːstɪnɒf/; 16 April 1921 –28 March 2004) was an English actor, writer and dramatist. He was also renowned as a filmmaker, theatre and opera director, stage designer, author, screenwriter, comedian, humorist, newspaper and magazine columnist, radio broadcaster, and television presenter. A noted wit and raconteur, he was a fixture on television talk shows and lecture circuits for much of his career. He was also a respected intellectual and diplomat who, in addition to his various academic posts, served as a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF and President of the World Federalist Movement.
