PHOLED，全名Phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode, 是指磷光有机电激发光二极管。OLED的发光模式之一，近年来随着PHOLED的蓬勃发展，目前许多学术研究单位积极研发的对象。

荧光（fluorescence）与磷光（phosphorescent）是为OLED在激活状态下的两种发光方式。磷光是由电子与电洞经过电洞传输层（Hole Transport Layer）与电子传输层（Electron Transport Layer）后，再结合成三重态（triplet）到基态（ground state），即是以磷光形式的“激发光子”（exciton）回归到基态，释放出的能量会以绿色光的形式出现，形成PHOLED的发光现象。
