阿瓦隆(亚法隆、塔瓦隆、阿法隆)（英语：Avalon）是亚瑟王传说中的重要岛屿，为古老宗教的中心地。同时也是威尔士极乐世界的别称，又称为“赐福岛”或“天佑之岛（Isle of the Blessed）”；孟莫斯郡的杰弗里（Geoffrey of Monmouth）在文献《维塔·梅林》中将其称为“苹果岛（Isle of Apples）”。一般相信它就是今天位于英格兰西南的格拉斯顿堡（Glastonbury）。阿瓦隆岛与爱尔兰神话中的提尔纳诺，希腊神话中赫斯珀里得斯的金苹果圣园以及犹太神话的极乐净土伊甸园极其相似。

Avalon (/ˈævəˌlɒn/; Welsh:Ynys Afallon; probably from afal, meaning "apple") is a legendary island featured in the Arthurian legend. It first appears in Geoffrey of Monmouth's 1136 pseudo historical account Historia Regum Britanniae ("The History of the Kings of Britain") as the place where King Arthur's sword Excalibur was forged and later where Arthur was taken to recover from his wounds after the Battle of Camlann. Avalon was associated from an early date with mystical practices and people such as Morgan le Fay.
