伊朗最高领袖（波斯语：مقام رهبری در ایران‎，意为伊朗法基赫的监护人，法基赫意为伊斯兰教法学家）又称为伊朗革命领袖、伊朗精神领袖。他不是国家元首或政府首脑，但根据伊朗伊斯兰共和国宪法，他是伊朗在宗教上及中央政治的*****及伊朗军队的最高统帅。并终生任职，伊朗最高领袖由一个八十六名伊斯兰教神职人员组成专家会议按照宪法选举、监督甚至罢免最高领袖。不过在选举前，一个由伊朗精神领袖任命的宪法监督委员会将对候选人的资格进行审查。
