雷亚·西尔维亚（拉丁语：Rhea Silvia）是罗马神话中创建罗马市的罗穆卢斯和瑞摩斯兄弟的母亲。雷具有特洛伊王室的血缘，相传她与战神交合，生下了罗穆卢斯和瑞摩斯两兄弟。

Rhea Silvia /ˈriːə ˈsɪlviə/ (also written as Rea Silvia), and also known as Ilia /ˈɪliə/, was the mythical mother of the twins Romulus and Remus, who founded the city of Rome. Her story is told in the first book of Ab Urbe Condita of Livy and in fragments from Ennius, Annales and Fabius Pictor.
