皇家特许测量师学会（英语：Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors，缩写「RICS」），成立于1868年，是一家以英国为基地、规管英国在内多个国家特许测量师的独立专业团体。RICS主要的测量专业范畴涵盖土地和房地产等多方面的固定资产，并负责提供测量学方面的教育、制定相关的培训标准，向不同政府和商业机构提供专业意见，以及透过制定严谨的守则保障消费者。所有RICS会员都是特许测量师，并可在姓名后加上英文缩写「MRICS」以标示其相关资历。
