沙鲍弱氏琼脂
沙鲍弱氏琼脂（英语：Sabouraud's agar）是一种琼脂培养基的配方，拥有蛋白胨和葡萄糖为其营养成分，所以益于酵母菌及霉菌的生长。它之所以抑制一般的细菌生长是因为它的酸碱值较低（pH 5.6），而酵母菌则偏于较低的酸碱值；此外，沙鲍弱氏琼脂也常添加氯霉素和放线菌酮抑制各式细菌或土壤腐生真菌的生长。所以此培养基对于酵母菌及霉菌的检色较为方便。

Sabouraud agar 沙鲍弱氏琼脂
Sabouraud agar is a type of agar containing peptones. It is used to cultivate dermatophytes and other types of fungi, and can also grow filamentous bacteria such as Nocardia.
It was created by, and is named after, Raymond Sabouraud in 1892. Later adjusted by Chester W. Emmons when the pH level was brought closer to the neutral range and the dextrose concentration lowered to support the growth of other fungi. The 5.6 pH of traditional Sabouraud agar formulation inhibits bacterial growth.
