低音管（英语：Bassoon，意大利语：Fagotto） ，或称巴松管，在中国大陆又称大管。其意大利文Fagotto来源于乐器的形状──柴棒，是木管乐器中双簧乐器家族的成员，自19世纪，低音管衍变成现在的样子。它在管弦乐团和室乐中一直扮演着重要的角色，音色独特，低音区域结实而有力，就像肌肉一样，中音与高音则能表达如男中音歌声般的音色。

自巴洛克时代起，巴松管已在乐团中占有一席，不过常用作与低音弦乐器作齐奏，这情况直至古典乐派前期，如海顿或莫札特时期的交响曲也一直持续着，贝多芬时期，陆续开始出现由一些独奏的段落，浪漫乐派起更得到了进一步的发展。
