索利-伊列茨克 （俄语：Соль-Иле́цк）是俄罗斯奥伦堡州的一个城市，位于奥伦堡以南70公里伊列克河畔。2002年人口26,883人。

17世纪创建，1945年改为现名。因附近有盐层 （Сол是盐的意思），故为疗养地。

Sol-Iletsk (Russian:Соль-Иле́цк) is a town in Orenburg Oblast, Russia, located on the right bank of the Ilek River (Ural's tributary), 77 kilometers (48 mi) south of Orenburg, the administrative center of the oblast. Population: 28,377(2010 Census); 26,883(2002 Census); 23,836(**** Census); 22,000 (1975); 11,802 (1897).
