弹板跳水（英语：Springboard Diving），亦作跳板跳水，是跳水运动的一个项目。与高台跳水不同的是：弹板跳水的起跳点位于一个位置较低的弹板上。

由于弹板跳水的特性，即使是最资深的运动员仍然会有发生意外的可能。当中最著名的事件在于1988年在南韩首都首尔举行的夏季奥运会跳水比赛中，美国跳水选手卢根尼斯在退役前的一次奥运比赛里，由于分神而在起跳后失准，头撞在弹板上受伤。然而，奇怪的是，虽然他犯了这严重的失准，他仍然击败了中国的选手谭良德而取得冠军，引起了评判团私相授授的疑云。

弹板跳水除了分男子及女子以外，亦有单人及双人的分组。而双人跳水除了是技术的考验以外，亦是两位选手间的合拍程度的考验。
