叙利亚东方正统教会（叙利亚语：ܥܕܬܐ ܣܘܪܝܝܬܐ ܬܪܝܨܬ ܫܘܒܚܐ），又可称为安提阿的叙利亚东方正统教会。 为位于地中海东岸的一个自主东方正统教会，据传其领袖继承了安提阿宗主教的头衔。现任宗主教为依纳爵·阿弗雷姆二世。

作为东方正统教会的一份子，叙利亚正教会也因为不承认451年的迦克墩大公会议而与主流基督宗教分离。此外在1781年有五位主教及其追随者离开了叙利亚正教会改宗天主教，并组成了叙利亚礼天主教会。

The Syriac Orthodox Church (Syriac:ܥܕܬܐ ܣܘܪܝܝܬܐ ܬܪܝܨܬ ܫܘܒܚܐ‎), also known as the Syrian Orthodox Church of Antioch, is an autocephalous Oriental Orthodox church based in the Eastern Mediterranean, with diaspora spread throughout the world, notably in Sweden, Germany and the United Kingdom. It employs the oldest surviving liturgy in Christianity, the Liturgy of St. James the Apostle, with Syriac as its official and liturgical language. The church is led by the Syriac Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch Ignatius Aphrem II since 2014.
