Taniplon

Taniplon is a nonbenzodiazepine anxiolytic drug from the imidazoquinazoline family of drugs.

Taniplon binds strongly to benzodiazepine sites on the GABA_A receptor and has similar anxiolytic effects in animals, but with less sedative or muscle relaxant action.
