《生命中的美好缺憾》（英语：The Fault in Our Stars）为作者约翰·葛林撰写的第四本小说。内容为二人都得了癌症的少女Hazel与少年Augustus之间的爱情故事。Hazel这个平凡的女孩，与开朗、自信的Augustus本应正值青春盛放年华，却不幸地分别罹患不治的末期甲状腺癌及骨肉瘤，Augustus更因此失去半条腿。医学奇迹缩小了肿瘤，赋予她更多时间思考。对她而言，她的生命就像一颗不定时炸弹，面对死亡，她只想走得轻巧，不想活在太多人的记忆里，以免让她爱的人受到伤害；Augustus的骨肉瘤害他失去半条腿，他仍然肯定生命中简单的喜悦。只是，他害怕被人遗忘，希望可以累积更多美好的回忆，并且永远活在人们的记忆里。

The Fault in Our Stars is the sixth novel by author John Green, published in January 2012. The title is inspired by Act 1, Scene 2 of Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar, in which the nobleman Cassius says to Brutus: "The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, / But in ourselves, that we are underlings."The story is narrated by a sixteen-year-old cancer patient Hazel Grace Lancaster, who is forced by her parents to attend a support group in the "Literal Heart of Jesus" where she subsequently meets and falls in love with 17-year old Augustus Waters, an ex-basketball player as well as an amputee. A feature film adaptation of the novel directed by Josh Boone and starring Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort and Nat Wolff was released on June 6, 2014. Both the book and its film adaptation were met with strong critical and commercial success.
