纸卷铅笔（Tortillon，原指绘画用的纸卷、皮卷），中国大陆地区称为擦笔，是一种用来画炭笔素描时来压炭色的小工具，没有笔蕊，只是一根压缩纸卷，适合一些细小的区块或手指不好压的部分使用。脏了的话可用削铅笔机或是刀片削尖，美术社或大型文具店即有贩售。

由于没有笔芯，只是一根压缩纸卷，因此不是铅笔的一种，也没有颜色上的差别。
