盲蛇（学名：Typhlops）亦称铁丝蛇，是蛇亚目盲蛇科下的一个属。

盲蛇主要分布于欧洲东南部、中东地带、亚洲热带及亚热带地区、非洲大部分地区、中美洲、南美洲、马达加斯加与及印度洋海域的一些岛屿，包括菲律宾、新畿内亚等。

分布地遍及欧洲、非洲、亚洲、中美洲及南美洲。
