Ubuntu Kylin，Ubuntu 衍生版本之一，以中国大陆用户为主 ，中文名为“优麒麟” 它的主要开发者为 Ubuntu Kylin 社区、国防科学技术大学（NUDT）与 Canonical公司，为自主开发的开放源代码专案，专案源码遵循 Ubuntu 惯例使用 Launchpad 管理源码和 bug。Ubuntu Kylin 的发行版本从 13.04 开始，该项目已经成为 Ubuntu 官方认可的正式成员。

In 2013, Canonical reached an agreement with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's ***************** to co-create and release a Ubuntu-based OS with features targeted at the Chinese market. Ubuntu Kylin is intended for desktop and laptop computers.
