Ununoctium（Uuo）（亦称Eka氡或118号元素），是一种超重元素，原子序为118。其化学符号Uuo是IUPAC的临时系统命名。在元素周期表上，它位于p区，属于18族，是第7周期中的最后一个元素。Uuo目前是人工合成的，其原子序和原子量为所有已发现元素中最高的。

Uuo具放射性，其原子十分不稳定。自2002年，一共只探测到的Uuo同位素的原子共有3个（可能4个）。这使对Uuo特性和可能的化合物的实验研究相当困难。目前理论计算作出了一些有关其特性的预测，其中一些是出乎意料的。例如，Uuo是18族成员，但它有可能并不是惰性气体。之前它曾被认为是一气体，但现在的预测却表示，由于相对论性因素，它在标准状况下会是固体。

Ununoctium is IUPAC's temporary name for the transactinide element with the atomic number 118 and temporary element symbol Uuo. It is also known as eka-radon or element 118, and on the periodic table of the elements it is a p-block element and the last one of the 7th period. Ununoctium is currently the only synthetic member of group 18. It has the highest atomic number and highest atomic mass of all known elements.
