Užice (Serbian Cyrillic:Ужице, pronounced [ûʒit͡se]) is a city in western Serbia, located at the banks of the River Đetinja . It is the administrative center of the Zlatibor District. The administrative area has a total population of 78,040, while the city itself has a population of 59,747 (2011 census).
