南非救助黑人政策（英语：Black Economic Empowerment, 简称：BEE），是南非政府发动的一项政策，希望能给予在种族隔离期间受到不平等待遇的族群(黑人、有色人种、印第安人、部分亚洲人等)早期被剥削的经济机会。包含就业平等、技能发展、所有权、管理、社会经济发展、优先采购政策等。预计运行至2014年，将许多权力放给之前被不平等对待的黑人，例如采矿权，希望能运行至黑人占有至少30%的企业为止。而这批新的富人被称为黑钻石。然而BEE也造成贫富差距扩大，更多人失业。有许多问题正等着改善。

Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) is a racially selective programme launched by the South African government to redress the inequalities of Apartheid by giving certain previously disadvantaged groups (Blacks, Coloureds, Indians, and Chinese who arrived before 1994) of South African citizens economic privileges previously not available to them. Although race is the overriding factor, it includes measures such as Employment Preference, skills development, ownership, management, socioeconomic development, and preferential procurement.
