简明精神病评定量表（英语：Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale；简称BPRS）是一个精神科的评定量表，让临床医生或研究人员以之来衡量病者的精神症状，例如：抑郁、焦虑、幻觉和其他的异常行为。本评定量表是现时使用最久、最广泛使用的精神病评定量表，于1962年首次出版，现时最新的版本是4.0。

Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale 简明精神病评定量表The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) is rating scale which a clinician or researcher may use to measure psychiatric symptoms such as depression, anxiety, hallucinations and unusual behaviour. Each symptom is rated 1-7 and depending on the version between a total of 18-24 symptoms are scored. The scale is the one of the oldest, widely used scales to measure psychotic symptoms and was first published in 1962. |
